Husband and wife wanted on fraud charges, now back in Jamaica

A  Jamaican couple, Khurt Comrie,40, and his wife, Collette,44, wanted by Toronto Police on fraud changes,  are reported to be back in Jamaica.

 The couple who operated a Toronto financial investment and mortgage brokerage company called Keystone Financial Services between 2014 and  2016 , are now believed to be living in Kingston, the Jamaican capital.

A news release from Toronto Police said ” they encouraged clients to invest funds in various financial schemes that have since been shown to be fake

” Some investors were defrauded of their life savings.”

One client notified police after calling the Keystone office, only to find that the company had closed down.

Warrants  were issued for the arrest of the couple  whose last known address in Canada is Pickering, Ontario.

They are wanted for fraud over $5,000.

Toronto Detective Constable Stewart Flemming told the Caribbean Camera  that attempts have been made to contact the couple in Jamaica.
