The owner, Gary Gibbs, wanted to provide the Niagara Falls community with an opportunity to enjoy Caribbean food. The Mother’s Day Brunch is a special event that Gibbo’s is organizing to celebrate mothers from Niagara and Toronto. The event promises to be a day of fun with live music, games, and giveaways, and will take place at Gibbo’s Niagara Falls location. With the expansion, Gibbo’s is now offering a complete experience of great Jamaican food in a fantastic atmosphere.

This year, Gibbo’s is a special Mother’s Day Brunch. The event is designed to pamper mothers from Niagara and Toronto with live music, games, and giveaways. The event will take place on May 12th 2023, and the price is $60. The brunch is a three-part meal, comprising brunch, appetizer, main course, and dessert. The meal will be served with two drink choices, a rum punch and a mimosa, created by a mixologist.

The event will begin at 11am and continue until 2pm. On the menu are jerk chicken and jerk pork on the side in case anyone is still hungry after the brunch and dessert. Jamaican pudding and rum cake will be served for dessert.
